Its 1% Metronidazole (so a little stronger that Metrogel?) with an SPF 15 sunscreen in it. I went to see him, because of these large 'bumps'(cysts?) I've been getting on my forehead. He thinks it could be caused by my birthcontrol (depo provera) and says my kind tends to do that to rosacea sufferers. He wants me to try a pill (birthcontrol) called Diane 23. (but I'm not on Depo for the b.c. benefits right now, I just like not having my period!) so i have two questions : 1. any one heard of sol? 2. Can depo provera aggravate rosacea? Thank you.
