Hi,

after i started taking a Source Natural's multivitamin i started to

notice that my urine would be yellow. is this normal? (i know

usually urine is yellow when one isnt getting enough H2o..but i know

thats not the case with me since i drink lots of water ,and this just

started recently.) does the yellow color just mean that the nutrients

form the multi are being flushed from my system and that im not

absorbing them? or is it just a natural occurence when one takes

certain multis? thanks!

The way it has always been explained to me is this: Usually when

your body has the correct amount of vitamins in your body that it

needs..then it flushes the rest out in your urine. B vitamins are

known for making your urine a " bright yellow color. " But there are

the toxic vitamins also..and you have to be careful with those.

Usually the liver is affected in those cases. If you are worried

about it..you can always go get a urinalysis..or a hair sample test

done. They can tell you what minerals/vitamins you are getting too

much of..or not enough. I hope that this helps you...

Sincerely,

Annette
