I know it has tea tree oil as an ingredient, but supposedly less than 1%. 2.5% sulpher. rest are natural ingredients. Guest guest Posted July 24, 2002 Report Share Posted July 24, 2002 I use this for those big, mean, cystic type pimples, & it works great. They usually go away before coming to a head. The trick is to use it before a bump forms - if there's a painful spot on your face, dab some on. I also use belladonna 30x when I feel a big pimple coming on, & that helps too.
