Does rosacea affect pore size?

Good morning

So far, my little less is better best trials are going well. Only plain filtered

water, no moisturizer, no rx topical and no foundation. This is the 3rd day. I

woke up to a flake free face with a nice healthy layer of sebum. I have no

overcome my addiction to magnifying mirrors and this morning I noticed something

that perhaps has been present all along but I just did not notice since I was

focused on the flakes . Is it possible that rosacea can enlarge the pore size.

Mine look huge this morning and my nose looks like it have developed blackheads

overnight. I can't understand how my pores can be clogged so quickly and

especially since I have given up creams and foundations.

If you have any thoughts, theories, suggestions, queries, ideas, info, facts, or

advise, then I would love to know.
