Guest guest
Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone has tried large doses of vitamin B-5 (10 grams a day) to help with their rosacea. I have been doing some research on the subject and have found that there are a lot of people who have been happy with the results on acne. Supposedly, such high levels are supposed to decrease sebum levels. If anyone has tried, let me know. I woke up to a flake free face with a nice healthy layer of sebum. I have no overcome my addiction to magnifying mirrors and this morning I noticed something that perhaps has been present all along but I just did not notice since I was focused on the flakes . Is it possible that rosacea can enlarge the pore size. Mine look huge this morning and my nose looks like it have developed blackheads overnight. I can't understand how my pores can be clogged so quickly and especially since I have given up creams and foundations. If you have any thoughts, theories, suggestions, queries, ideas, info, facts, or advise, then I would love to know.
