Guest guest
I don't really know exactly what the v- beam is suppose to do, but I know for a known fact, according to my doctor and his expertise where this disease is concerned, that alot of people who have rosacea, also have alot of feeder vessels. These feeder vessels actually feed off the smaller ones and until they are specifically targeted by using the YAG laser, you will continously have problems especially if you have any problem areas to begin with such as your ears for example or any other areas that could be problmatic. The YAG actually targets these specific vessels, but you MUST first find a physician who is familiar with its use. Its usually used in a lower energy setting until the physician knows for certain how that particular patient is going to react to that particular laser. If he/she acts accordinigly, then he/she can become more aggressive over time. The YAG goes quiet deep and you can also experience some side effects such as swelling, bruising and even blistering. Note however, the blistering will NOT leave any scars, if the doctor knows exactly what he/she is doing. Mostly these blisters are water blisters and will heal very quickly. unique_challenge unique_challenge40160@... ---------------------------------

Guest guest
So the Yag can tune in to the " feeder vessels " despite that the human eye can't see them? Why I wonder that is cause when I emailed a laser doc who use Yag he said that he couldn't treat the vessels which were not visible for the eye tnx //Kajsa. --- Ann Blanton skrev: > > I don't really know exactly what the v- beam is > suppose to do, but I know for a known fact, > according to my doctor and his expertise where this > disease is concerned, that alot of people who have > rosacea, also have alot of feeder vessels.
