anyone with OR...dilated eye vessels permanent?

hi,

for anyone that has ocular rosacea or blepharitis or just red eyes in

general.. is it possible to get rid of the " bloodshotness " ? (not

just regular bloodshot ones taht come and go..) i have a few red

veins in my eye that havent gone away for several months and im

assuming theyre permanent. for those who's ocular R has cleared,

(antibiotics,flax,whatever you used) did it get rid of these

seemingly permanent dilated eye vessels? is it even possible to ?
