Guest guest
I had no intention of comparing liquid paraffin to Jojoba oil. I do realize that they are very different with reference to skincare and medical applications. It was merely that what I had always known to be an " oil " namely Jojoba oil is, in actual fact a wax. It is something I recently found out and wanted to share. This is generally referred to as intellectual curiosity.

Guest guest
I'm sorry, Mtfriede. I didn't mean to offend you at all. I was thinking more about how differently my face reacts to mineral oil and jojoba oil. My skin turns into bump-city with mineral oil, but likes jojoba. Some people have the same reaction to both, whether positive or negative or have dissimilar reactions the other way. I've been on the list for some time and knew about jojoba being a wax although it seems like an oil. My apologies for jumping the gun and not realizing that this knowledge was new to you. Take care, Matija > I had no intention of comparing liquid paraffin to Jojoba oil. I do realize > that they are very different with reference to skincare and medical > applications.
