Allow me to clarify this: For either SkinFix or Virasoothe there is a full money back guarantee of one year. This covers the purchase price, and the Airmail shipping at time of purchase. If customers want faster delivery via Courier, then that is not refundable. I request on my site that the unwanted product be returned to me in order to recieve a refund. This is to prevent abuse of the Guarantee. In reality, if a Customer emails me and indicates they are not happy - I refund on the basis of that without the necessity of returning the Product.
