Can anyone reccommend a good standalone topical anti-inflamatory? I

know BHA (salicylic acid (sp?)) is considered ok for rosacea skin,

but I cannot find a product with ONLY BHA, and some innocuous

delivery cream. Only products with dozens of ingredients to

complicate matters.
