Guest guest
Hi all, I'm just poking my head back in here after having been away for ages to make two comments: 1) I have three little red bumps on my nose (not come-and-go roseacea bumps, but a permanent condition resulting from those bumps), for which my derm referred me to a laser specialist back in January. I have FINALLY been sent an appointment for mid-September (hooray for the NHS!), and will report back here after treatment to let everyone know what happens. 2) I'll be going travelling shortly and expect to be well off the beaten track for a while, so with that in mind I bought some facial cleansing wipes. I started testing them about a month ago to see if I would have any trouble with them - well, not only have I not had any trouble, but my face feels smoother than it has for months! The wipes are made by the same company that makes the sensitive face cleanser that I had been using, so all I can figure is that 1. using the cleanser in wipe format limits the amount of cleanser I use, so maybe I don't have any residues left; and 2. I might be benefitting from gentle exfoliation provided by using the wipes. Anyway, though others here might want to try them. The ones I've been using are Simple brand Facial Cleansing Wipes. (Simple really makes the best sensitive skin products I've ever found.) Jane
