Here's what I do if I feel my nose getting warm. I take a piece of tissue

and wet it with cold water and put it on my nose. The water makes the thin

tissue stay on your skin and cools it down quite rapidly... I also do the

same with my ears! Needless to say I have to be a home to do that. I't

works quite well and rapidly for me! I have also been known to drive like

that!
