Guest guest
Our diet effecting rosacea could be due to hundreds of things. Like Majorie suggested it could b due to histamine, niacin etc. I have been reading a number of articles recently that have covered research into free radical formation after eating sugar and fat. Do perhaps just cutting out the carbs cuts out the amount of inflammatio caused by free radicals. It could also be body temperature. I always find carbohydrate laden foods a comfort in winter, so perhaps, just simply, by restricting carbs we lower our body temperature. I lnow I have been blabbing on about fasting because it helps me. I read an article written by a respected English dovtor claiming that fasting helps arthritus sufferers, they think this is because it decreases inflammation. At the same time though, the body is less resistant to fighting off colds etc. A few people have said that you shoulddn't fast and idf you have an eating disorder or diabetes (or other some other disease) then it's not wise. BUT if it helps surely it's better to do this than to take accutane or antibiotics ?? --------------------------------- Get a bigger mailbox -- choose a size that fits your needs. http://uk.docs.yahoo.com/mail_storage.html
