Hi there,

Is the pulse dye laser the same as the v-beam. ... I've had v-beam and never

turned deep red or purple... I think the v-beam is supposedly an upgrade

to the pulse-dye, but basically the same treatment.

Elena, you are correct, V- beam is the 5th generation of the pulse dye laser

(V stands for the Roman numeral " v " which equal 5). It is supposed to be

gentler and not cause bruising.
