I've been lurking for a couple of weeks soaking up all the great info on this

list. I'm a rosacea co-sufferer; my husband has it but is somewhat computer

challenged, so here I am.

We have been the route of most of you; several derms and many meds that have

done little or nothing to help. The condition just continues to get worse and

has been out of control for months. His nose and surrounding cheeks have been

very red and swollen with many pustules. Thankfully, he doesn't have the

flushing.

About a week ago he began using Gold Bond lotion. The improvement is

dramatic. His cheeks are almost back to normal. His nose is much less red and

the pustules are almost gone. Swelling and papules are also going down. We

are hopeful that the improvement continues. I know when he's applied it

because he sits in front of the fan until the burning goes away. I'll report

on this once in awhile to let you know how it goes.

We got Dr. Nase's book which at the very least, helped us to understand this

monster.
