Hello everyone! I'm relatively new to SCD and this group.

I'm mostly a vegetarian - I do eat eggs and some fish. Because of this my intro

soup was a modified version of what was suggested in BTVC. A week after I

started I realized there were stages so I started Stage 1 then. I was seeing

great results.

About a week ago I started experiencing terrible symptoms probably because of

something new I tried. I switched back to the Intro diet (my modified version)

to get things under control. I'm feeling a little better but its still pretty

bad.

So - my question is - is there a recommended or suggested version of the intro

soup for vegetarians / pescetarians?

Any other suggestions for a beginner pescetarian would be great too!

Thanks,

Raj

I'd look for a good fish stock recipe, and then add other things, shrimp,

crab, oysters, fish....

Check for recipes like boullabaise which may have vegetables. (Skip the

roille... it's illegal unless you make it with SCD bread!)

For easy stuff, I'd puree fish or vegetable stock, well cooked, peeled,

and seeded vegetables, and some tuna or salmon or hard boiled eggs.
