alot of pecan flour, need recipes for it.

I've got a ton of pecan flour I need to use up. I've made the transylvania hazlenut cookies from Raman's book with the pecan flour and they turn out great. I also use pecan flour to make a crust for salmon which is also really good. Tried making a loaf of bread using pecan flour and....... yuck. I had to cover it with applesauce just to get it down my throat so I didn't waste the whole thing.Any ideas? Carrot cake muffins. I think it's at scdrecipes.com under carrot

cake. I make muffins instead using pecan butter.

You could use the same pecan crust you use with the salmon to make chicken fried

steaks. We just had some last night :-).
