I do! It's fabulous! I figured if you can have diluted fruit juice then

diluted veggie juice should be okay too. I bought a book with lots of juicing

recipes and have been making my way through it. Some of the combinations I came

up with weren't that great but it's a learning process :P If I'm flaring,

sometimes I'll even do a juice fast for a day or two before going on the starter

diet. It helps a lot I think and if I'm doing it right, I don't get hungry!

Juicing is a good option. Just dilute the juices considerably in the first few

years on SCD. It can be hard on our digestions, drinking undiluted and

concentrated juices.

I've been juicing for years, long before I developed digestive disorders and

moved to SCD. I find I have to dilute my fruit juices by 500% even after 6 years

on SCD. Otherwise my digestive system lets me know it isn't happy.

And my body rejects vegetable juices, which is disappointing.

So be cautious when you first start juicing, and dilute them.
