Grind it up in a fp for burgers.

Grind it up in a fp for burgers.

I made the chicken croquettes (sp?) from BTVC the other night.  They were so tasty, even my non-SCD husband gobbled them down.  We are having them again this weekend.  They would be great with turkey too.

With all the great online recipes, I sometimes forget about the recipes in BTVC! That one looks good!
