Guest guest
OK, since that pyrophosphate stuff doesn't look too good, can anyone tell me what kind/brand of tuna you buy and where you get it?I don't have a Costco here. I have Publix, Sweetbay, Winn-Dixie, Food Lion, Sam's Club, Fresh Market. If I ever visit my friends 2 hours away (which isn't often), they have a Whole Foods.I never ate canned tuna pre-SCD, but I really want to broaden my horizons and have the most amount of quick-meal/snack options available to me.Thanks!CarolineSCD since 1/7/

Guest guest
if you have a trader joe's close by they have canned tuna and salmon w/no broth. Also, any local health food stores or coop will most likely have it too. Don't know if you could order online at tjoe's?
