Guest guest
Hi, As Marilyn said, there's a question about roots and polysaccharides, which would make rhodiola illegal. That being said, I tried taking it for adrenal support. I'm very careful about trying anything. I only try *one* new thing at a time, and try it for at least 3-4 days if there's no immediate reaction. Then I keep taking/eating the new thing for a few weeks----then go off for a few weeks, and then re-introduce. Sometimes only when i re-introduced something could I tell I was having a reaction. Rhodiola passed all the trials. I use NOW Brand, which was the only one I could find that is just plain Rhodiola. Hard to find, I get it at a good price from www.IHerb.com Sue
