Thanks for all the great information... Geez.... We just keep learning

Prebiotics are food for the probiotics. There is FOS and inulin (not

insulin). Prebiotics are non digestable carbohydrates. Only the good

bacteria is supposed to eat it.

They can cause gas but are otherwise very good. They are found naturally in

chicory and artichoke hearts. One company on the web doesnt recommend FOS.

I disagree with her but use inulin instead. Start with a little to see if

you are allergic.

By feeding the probiotics, I have noticed a decrease in the " burning on

urination " . I have also decreased the amount of that white stuff that

appears on the tongue.
