You boil your water in a big pot. 3 or 4 quarts at a time. Then add the tea bags and let them steep. Then bring it back to boil and add the sugar. Not sure but must be at least 1 or 2 cups. While I was in The Birmingham area I had time to drive all around and see some of the back areas. They are the same as anywhere else.
