What legal calcium supplements are there?

Good morning all,

I just realized I haven't taken any calcium in a few months, and I've been on 5

mg prednisone for a long time. OOPS!

Can someone tell me what is are some legal brands, and where you get them? I

need to take it with D and magnesium, right?

I looked in the archives using the search function, but don't see anything

helpful...
