Guest guest
Sweet tea is a southern abomination. Everyone know God made sugar only slightly soluble (dissolvable) in a cold drink such as iced tea, to keep us from putting too much sugar in our tea. From what I hear, southerners actually heat sugar water to form a syrup, then add that to iced tea to make it so sweet it makes your teeth hurt. If you are in a southern restaurant and want real iced tea, be sure to ask for * " UNSWEETENED " * iced tea; the gaggy " sweet tea " is the default. Then you can add a slight amount of sugar of sweetener to (normal) taste. Martha __________________________________________________ Terrorist Attacks on U.S. - How can you help? Guest guest
I certainly like it. I have found that adding sweet N Low gives ice tea the same taste. Just one packet does it. If you are we have never done that Martha, we just add the sugar to the teas after its made.
