Guest guest
Hi Group, I tried posting this earlier today, but it didn't show up so here I go again. Went to the rheumy and got Dxed with CMT (Hereditary Sensory & Motor Neuropathy). This disease has really taken a bite out of my family. Quite a few disabled but I had thought I got lucky. Anyway, was wondering if anyone else in group has CMT ? There's nothing to be done at this point except pain management and I've been put on a drug called Neurontin. Anyone have any experience with Neurontin? Thanks for any info, Midge

It did not help me, and I had really, really bad mental confusion while on it. Forgetting how to drive to familiar places, trying to wash my hands without the water turned on. Scary stuff that all vanished when I went off Neurontin. (well almost, Ha) My sister was on it and had no side effects. Good luck, Sharon ===== __________________________________________________
