Dagny,

Great information. I have been on Dapsone, 100 mg. daily, since being

diagnosed with RP in '97. My blood work always shows me as anemic, however

my rheumy never seems concerned. I asked her about taking iron supplements,

but she said the anemia isn't due to iron deficiency. Go figure. ANYway,

recently I asked her to take me off the Dapsone, it had stopped working for

me anyway, and put me on Imuran. She did; I haven't noticed great

improvements, but it has only been a couple of weeks and she said it could

take 3 - 6 months plus I've had a little stress lately, so that's not helping

the RP either. Ugh!

Hope you are doing well.

Love,

T.
