Hi everyone. I had noticed in some posts a few days ago that someone was

talking about Qigong...I actually started Tai Chi classes today--I looked

for a personal trainer (not that I can afford it) and found someone

willing to go at my pace. The first thing he taught me, though, was the

Qigong stretches and BELIEVE ME, they helped almost immediately!!! I had

a lot of energy after the session and was even able to go up and down the

stairs pretty easily. I think I over did, though (after the

session)--because now I am tired; however, I did really good for about 4

hours after the session...and think I just might have over exerted at the

homeschool group. I feel mostly out of breath, though...my hands don't

hurt and neither do my arms!! It was a really great experience, so if

anyone out there is thinking about it, you should really look into it.

Talk to you later.
