bananas and yogurt question

My son has been on the diet for about a month still going quite a few times a

day and mostly soft to diarrhea with an occasional formed stool we are in

between stage two and three using almond flour, do you think he should keep

trying? Also could he just eat a banana I know he can put in pancakes etc. but

could he just eat a banana?

Also I have been trying to make the yogurt my machine kept heating up to 120 so

I bought a dimmer and used it last night and this morning the water temperature

was 98 degrees do you think that is ok? I know it says it should be between 100

and 110 but do you think if it was at 98 the yogurt is good?

I'm not an expert, but I am going to give my opinion anyway. I think that very

ripe banana is stage 1 food, so it is something that he can eat.

I would wait longer to introduce almond floor and yogurt. I introduced the

yogurt to soon and then I realized that did not tolerate it. I've been about ten

months on the diet and I have not introduced the almond floor yet.

I'm pretty new here, and don't have any answers for you, but I thought it might

help if I shared my experience with some of these things.

I'm on my 20th day of the diet. 3 days ago I needed a quick snack when out

running errands, and so I had a plain banana, I had my worst reaction to it that

I've had to any food yet (which is surprisingly few). But I feel fine if I eat

banana that's been cooked. Everyone's different, so your son might not react

that way though. About the Almond Flour, I had a little bit of it just to see

how it would go, I didn't have a reaction or any pain, but I didn't digest it at

all. So I've taken it back out of my diet. I knew it was too soon anyway, but it

was too tempting to add it since so many recipes call for it. Oh well, I'll get

there some day.

I'm not sure about the yogurt temperature question, sorry.
