The CVS chain does. I have a bag full of stuff right now ready to bring over to them: some expired and unused pills of various types and a handful of needles from giving myself B-12 shots. Reiterating what Amerlia said: DEFINITELY do not flush drugs down the toilet. Residual amounts -- but enough to have ill-effects -- end up in our drinking water.
