Okay everyone I am not trying to offend any smokers here I am just proud that is trying to quit. So here are the facts from the American Cancer Society:

Within 20 Minutes: Your blood pressure drops to a level close to that before the last cigarette.

The temperature of your hands and feet increases to normal.

Within 8 hours: Carbon Monoxide level in your blood drops to normal.

Within 24 hours: Your chances of a heart attack decreases.

Within 2 weeks to 3 months: Circulation improves.

Lung function increases up to 30%.

Within 1 to 9 months: Coughing, Sinus Congestion, fatigue and shortness of breath decrease.

Cilia regain normal function in the lungs, increasing the ability to handle mucus, clean the lungs, & reduce infection.

Within 1 year: Excess risk of coronary heart disease is half that of a smoker's.

Within 5 years: Stroke risks is reduced to that of a nonsmoker 5-15 years after quitting. Within 10 years: Lung cancer death rate

is about half that of a continuing smoker.

Risk of Cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, bladder, kidney, and pancreas decreases. Within 15 years: Risk of Coronary Heart disease is that of a nonsmoker's. I would love to see more of you take this chance with and try to quit but I know its hard, Now if I could learn to quit eating I would have it licked. I hope this helps someone at least think it over. Remember I am not trying to offend. I can just hear the phone bandit calling me tomorrow fussing at me. This is only because I care, and I won't nag anymore about it. :)

Keep up the good work !

Love you!
