In which case I don't think you need to worry about eating too much liver (which, incidentally, I never heard of). I am trying to eat more liver because I'm a bit anemic and I looked it up, and interestingly, the chart I saw said chicken livers are higher in iron than beef! Which I sure wouldn't have expected. You know, red meat and all that. But it's fine with me. I actually like the taste of chicken livers. But it's not a huge difference. I've been eating the livers from the chickens that I buy.
