Guest guest
This is just my experience, I'm just a mother of four. My son (my youngest) saw Dr. McReynolds at Nemours, a metabolic geneticist two years ago and Dr. McReynolds thought my son had something missing from his 22nd chromosome. After ordering the FISH test it was revealed my son has all of his 22nd chromosome. My son has apraxia as well as dysarthria and hypotonia among other birth defects. We see the geneticist again this July. I'm not sure what can be done but perhaps as my son has gotten older and has not improved it will inspire his geneticist to look for other things. > > > Does anyone know anything about this? Someone contacted me today, regarding Ring 22 Chromosome, and I've directed her to this site. Does it ever coexist with apraxia since there are low tone and fine motor issues? > > Thanks > > > _________________________________________________________________ > Put your friends on the big screen with Windows Vista® + Windows Live™. > http://www.microsoft.com/windows/shop/specialoffers.mspx? ocid=TXT_TAGLM_CPC_MediaCtr_bigscreen_012008 > >
