Either a basil pesto or some brie spinach (which would be green and

white). Warning: I made brie spinach with eight pounds of spinach and

about six pounds of brie, DCCC, and butter... and brought home an EMPTY

bowl.

Here's a green SCD recipe I was considering

GREEN PUDDINGby Sherry1/2 large OR 1 whole small avocado1 ripe banana1 rounded tablespoon favorite nut butterScoop out avocado pulp. Combine with nut butter and banana. Process in a blender to a smooth pudding consistency adding a little waterfor consistency if required.

If you take the pit from the avocado and drop it into the pudding it will keep the avocado from turning brown. But you might need to add a little lemon juice to keep both the banana and the avocado from turning brown.

Another SCD option might be gummy worms if you can come up with a way to make them green :)

Or a green soup, or quacamole with pork rinds, or cookies shaped like four leaf clovers, or celery sticks stuffed with cheese or peanut butter (add raisins to the pb and you have ants on a log)

There's lots of good spinach recipes ( http://eatingscd.com/tag/spinach/ for Baby Spinach with sun-dried tomates..looks yummy).

I've heard of lots of folks doing green smoothies... wonder if you cold make a green smoothie and freeze it in small cups for dessert.

Me to. It was indistinguishable from lemon curd, in looks and taste. I was a bit

disappointed (although lemon curd is fab). Maybe you could add a tiny bit of

spinach juice to make it green, although it might not be an attractive green. I

don't think it would do much to the taste, because I've mixed it with orange

juice with good results.
