Guest guest
Hi everyone - I hope you are all coping. Heidi - Ahriman 97 is not a new member, its me. I was trying to access the group site. They said that was the name I joined under (it may have been - it is one of Reem's names) and I had to confirm it to access the site. I don't know why I can't go under lizwizz2000. Anyway it looks now as if I don't have a problem, it was just low out put!! Patch - I strted originally with the patch but it gave me eczema so I changed to pills. One doc put me on a higher dose - that gave me headaches and made me nauseous I changed back to the lowest dose available and felt much better, and took it for eight years. Just recently I have changed to a European brand called Femostan which is estradiol, not estrogen, supposed to be more body friendly, and dyhygesterone which is another form of progesterone, and I don't get the munchies which I used to get. I am thrilled to hear you have given up smoking, I am so proud of you, as I know it isn't easy. However it does get easier, the longer you are off!! You keep taking care of yourself, because we all love you!! __________________________________________________
