You can go to the DAN website. Thing is they list docs who attend

conferences but may not be active Dan's. I think besides Hardy the one

in Speingfield is closest. There are only 600 in the worl or U.S. I

think and then that does not mean they are all good or even all docs

and some, in my opinion, exploit parents so if you hear of a good one,

be willing to travel and realize the visits are not weekly.

Dr. Podell is in Springfield. He is not a DAN. ARI used to list him

though because he works with a PhD, I think in nutrition but she deals

with herbs and does DAN Protocol stuff. The woman I know who goes there

wants to address her PDD Nos kid via all natural GFCFSF diet and to be

given natural alternatives to antibiotics for infection as this kid had

20 rounds of antibiotics and the suspicion is that is why she has

improved so dramatically on the diet. She is also getting the standard

metals testing simply to check on excretion and she is getting

supplement advice.

I am not recommending this person but just telling you of one person's

expectations and experience.

I believe the first visit was $500.

Of course, since I posted about her, I think Elaine Hardy is great.

Her first appt is 1 hour ($165 per hour) and follow ups can be done via

phone. She offered that to us and I declined - I am very happy to

drive the 45 mins so she can " see " him and progress. Where are you

located? It really wasn't that bad of a drive at all - Rt 80 West from

287 to exit 26 and then about 15 minutes. Beautiful farm country and

nice places to eat and shop along the way. Ha ha.
