Hi Russ,

I think we can all relate to weight gain on Pred.

I think I gained 20 to 30 pounds on it myself.

It's hard to lose while still on it too.

Try and eat more "small" meals during the day instead of 2 or 3 big meals daily. Eat sensible and smaller portions if you can.

If you can walk around your block a couple of time daily, that will help. Any mild exercise that you can do will help.

That's all I remember when I was on the pred. My PCP did give me a diet to go by, but I can't find it now.

Just remember we can all relate to what you are going through and I hope I've helped some, anyway.
