Hi - I'm sure you'll get a lot of great suggestions. How about these:

1. SCD cheesecake made with dripped yogurt/DCCC

2. nut butters (can you tolerate them yet? they are easier for some to tolerate

than are the nut flours)

If you don't have time to roll them into truffles, just eat the paste with a

spoon. The paste takes a couple of minutes to make, and you can flavour it in

different ways, for example, with cinnamon. Substitute honey for the agave

nectar (illegal) - use 1 part honey for 1 part agave nectar.
