Guest guest
Hi Everyone :-) ....just checking in here.....made it safely back from beautiful Hawaii. I wished I could have visited with and Carolyn...but ya know, those islands are separated by water!! In any case, I was thinking of you girls. I hope you all are finding some pain-free peaceful moments. I can't believe that next week is Thanksgiving and then Christmas is not far away. We still have one more trip.....our son is graduating at the semester end in mid-December. He goes to school in Omaha, NE and we live in Washington state. I'm still doing the antibiotic treatment....still don't know if I have RP and maybe never will. All I know is that, except for this cough (and it is lots better than it was before the antibiotic treatment) and occasional throat/neck pain, all other symptoms are mostly memories....the fatigue, aches, pains, etc. Oh yeah, my left inner ear still lets me know that it can flare every now and then, but it only lasts for a few hours, not days like it used to. All I know is that this treatment is accepted by some doctors and not by others...but Dr. Trentham has used it for RP and many other rheumatic diseases, so that's good enough for me. Sending hugs to all of you, Connie H.
