My readings are 80 - 120 (without mucus). If I blow as much as possible, the

reading is worse. I get these readings with " delayed half effect " . With full

effect, somewhere must be a collapse, but it hasn´t been detected when

making bronchoscopies.

My trach is very narrow just under the vocal cords and the tube is under it.

It´s " traditional " , mine is of silver, fenestrated and with a speaking

valve. So it doesn´t expand anything, it´s only a " detour " .

We have got some snow 2-3 times, but it has melted off. November is not the

best month here.

I have been on Arava for 2 months and got CRP and the SED rate on the normal

level. That´s not normal for me.
