Wonderful to see you are doing so well.

Vis-a-vis bacterial vag...several friends have told me that boric acid capsules

from health food store work wonders, and have no side effects. I have not needed

to do this myself, but info comes from reliable sources.

Yea...what a doofus I am! Vaginally. If you cannot find the capsules ready made,

you can always make them yourself. If you are interested I can find out the

protocol. It should take a day or so.

I have not been doing well, and then this afternoon I threw my back out....sigh.
