UPDATE FROM ISA AND NINFA+

I am enclosing a post from Isa... she is flaring again and needs your

thoughts and prayers... I have also written to Ninfa and haven't heard from

her since Sept 11th. She lives in Queens, NY and I am worried about her too.

Please remember both of them. I will try to get a hold of Ninfa and update

you as to how she is.

I HAVE A FLARE NOW AND THE BEST WAY I COULD MANAGE IS AVOIDING STRESS WHICH

IS WHAT I AM DOING, JUST THE HEADACHE AND THE BURNING OF THE EARS AND NOSE IS

TUFF. ABOUT NINFA I HARDLY HEAR FROM HER BEFORE THE HOLIDAY SHE MENTIONED SHE

HAS LIVER PROBLEMS AND SHE HAS NOT ANSWERED MY LAST POST . BY THE WAY THE

REASON FOR THE VISION CHECK WHILE TAKING PLAQUENIL IS BECAUSE PROLONG USE

COULD COURSE DAMAGE TO THE RETINA OR NERVE DEAFNESS, ALSO AVOID SUN. I AM
