Hi Werner and everyone:

I found a site that is interesting, it is at

http://babel.altavista.com/

Ii wil translate from English to several other

languages and back (sorry Arto no Finnish) on a

limited basis. It is not 100% accurate but is still

helpful. Sometimes it is even funny. For instance,

below is what Werner wrote to Heidi, then what the

site had for a translation.

We had finally met in furt. You go it at present

very well. It had a relapse and several weeks stay in

the hospital at the beginning of the yearly. Now it

wants to go prematurely into the retirement. The

prospects seem to be very good. It takes its

illness now seriously and takes regularly the tablets.

If it is from the school at home, it wants to learn

English, so that it can participate better in the

group here. We remain in contact.

What a neat idea. Wonder if it works for Moonsung in Korean? I think that is his name. I lost all my email addies so I can't check the name.

Hi Martha!

What with norwegian translation? Holm might be a norwegian name - and

Martha too.

I am a norwegian woman at 53 and like to write and read in my own language. I

can read germany and understand much of the language I speak a little bit of

the language when i stay in (drive through) Germany every summer on the way to

Italy, but i understand much more than i am able to say!
