It's been making the rounds for at least three years and originated in Canada.[Look at www. snopes2.com] There is no bill 602P to charge for e-mail. A real bill would have H for House or S for Senate. The people mentioned in this notice do not exist. Please don't forward stuff like this unless you check it out first on a hoax web site.
