I had surgery several years ago when I was still on Pred and Imuran.

The only problems I had were that it took me a little longer to

heal. If you have gained weight due to the pred. you might tell

them. I had extra weight on and they gave me too much gas so it was

harder for me to get woke up. You are on a much lower dose of pred

than I was so it should be much easier for you. The reason for the

slow healing is due to the Imuran and the suppressed immune system.

I have just learned to take extra precausions when it comes to

protecting my self from getting infections. If your Dr. is aware of

your medical information it should go pretty well!
