Guest guest
Sandy C., Wow you must be doing better if your Dr. wants you to lower your dose of pred. Okay now we need to look at this positively. You know your body and you will know if you start getting worse. Start down and if you feel the tiny bit worse start back up. We don't want you to go to the hospital you hear. Besides positive is that you are not going to flare and you will be able to go to a much lower dose of pred. ARE YOU LISTENING??? LOL Know I think of you often and am sending good thoughts and prayers that all is going to go well! Lots of Love Glenda .. My Rheumy wants me to start lowering it on Monday. I'm to take 25mg. of Pred. a day and moniter my sypmtoms. If my flares get worse I have to go back up.What else are you on dawn? I can't see lowering it if your flares are getting worse. My Rheumy leaves the dosage up to me because I know my body best. I'm nervous about tapering the Pred. because everytime I've tried I had to be hospitalized for breathing problems.Hugs,Sandy ---Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).Version: 6.0.293 / Virus Database: 158 - Release Date: 10/29/2001
