Guest guest
OK, apparently I am being quite dumb right now, but I can't find any link to this topic! Please help!! Guest guest
You are not dumb! Perhaps I wrote more in my head! Bottom line, get these checked out. Dermatologist should look at them. They can be yeast, can be psoriasis and can be indicative of allergy or metal. I got rid of them with coconut oil but you really need to know the why of this. Also associated with alopecia...do you have hair loss? > > > > Please look at this. I wrote a lot about it in the archives. It can > be > > autoimmune, yeast, or metal and taking care of it matters. Guest guest
No offense intended but, webmd? what has mainstream conventional medicine done for you lately? Try Dr. Mercolas site instead... a far better fit for this community. > > > > > > Please look at this. I wrote a lot about it in the archives. Guest guest
Relax. Mercola did not diagnose my toes either. I put it together myself after a few mainstream visits. Please don't make this an either or. There are solutions everywhere. It is an oversimplification to say find a good DAN. If I just did that I would have missed some mainstream concerns. > > > > > > > > Please look at this. I wrote a lot about it in the archives. Guest guest
I know that white spots on the finger nails are a sign of EFA deficiency. Perhaps ridges are too but why does the word vitamin D spring to mind.... did I read something? maybe..... mind is hazy.... I believe (outside of a fungus or something nasty and 'growing') that nail issues are generally a sign of certain vitamin deficincies. Janice [sPAM][ ] Re: ridges on fingernails? - Liz You're right! Guest guest
White spots on nails can be zinc deficiency. The progression of nail issues tells the story. I have had them all. In the end mine was metal, deficiecy, and yeast. > > > > > > > > > > Please look at this.
