Maille Dijon Originale

Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, Citric Acid, Sulphur Dioxide

(preservative).

I have french's yellow mustard--not legal but I thought most plain

yellow mustards were ok. I think Great Value-Walmart-store brand may

be ok.

No letters, sorry. Now I'm wondering about the Maille. One of

Emerils looked legal but I can't find it anymore. He has several

flavors but only one (Dijon I think) looked ok.

No, " spices " are not legal -- because some people consider

sugar and other things to be a " spice. " Heaven knows what they

might add under the guise of " spice. "

Thanks, Debbie. I haven't heard of Maille before, so I may have trouble finding

it, but I can go to Wal Mart easily enough.

Similarly, Roland dijon mustard.

In a letter you ask what is in the spices that they use.
