Here's a website about the tart cherry juice I was telling you about:

Tart (Not Sweet) Cherry juice is supposed to be good for arthritis, lupus,

fibromyalgia and lessens risk of heart attacks and cancer. I asked my

rhuemmy about it and he said some of his patients swear by it - if nothing

else it's full of anti-oxidant vitamins which are very good for you!
