Guest guest
Thanks for the site. I now know I have this. I have had it for years. My dentist said my jaws were bad and he didn't want to stress them along time ago when I had my back teeth pulled. They always pop when I open my mouth too wide! Oh be quiet I can't help being a big mouth!LOL I wonder why he never did anything about this. Maybe I am one of the lucky ones. When the jaw hurts I just pop it and it stops. I guess I will worry about it when the popping doesn't work anymore. Guest guest
Thanks, Dear. TMJ Jo, I have TMJ. I have gotten great relief from a bite plane that my dentist made. It is a piece of plastic that I use at night It cuts down on the tooth grinding which is a result of the TMJ. Really helped me and wasn't that expensive.
